USER helped us remain objective when considering our ideas of what our users needed in a collaborative information-sharing system in our website. USER did UX Consultancy, UX Research & UI Design as well as our Website Development. The team formulated our first wire-frames and followed by high-resolution mock-ups. They also wrote a first and second draft of our functional specification for a web-based application. We are very happy with the results to manage our clients details by easy E-registration Form, Centaline Property Administration and Centaline Agent Administration. USER partnered with NCS Pte Ltd to revamp the corporate tax portal of IRAS Tax portal, reworked the flow and content, refresh the design and recommendation with best UX Practices. USER is responsible for UX/UI Design including content rewriting and frontend development (HTML/CSS) template services. The main service of the project is completed. The end product help to increase the users and improve customer satisfaction significantly. USER team are personable and experienced.
